Michael Huckaby is a passionate global executive who has been focused on driving growth for consumer service and product companies for more than 20 years. Michael’s professional career has allowed him to establish strong competencies across multiple sectors in marketing, sales, business development and general management. Prior to his role leading U.S. News Global Education, Michael served as CEO of Hospitality & Culinary Education at Laureate International Universities where he led a global expansion and ultimately engineered the sale of the company. Michael received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alabama, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business.
Director of Product and Project Management
Sherry Pincus is a PMP, LSSGB, SCRUM certified leader with solid experience in strategic product development in media and educational publishing. Sherry has a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing award-winning programs on time and within budget. She has strong project management skills, including prioritizing and handling multiple projects using waterfall and agile methodologies. Prior to her position at U.S. News Global Education, Sherry held many positions over a long tenure with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, including as Director, Product Management & Strategy. One of Sherry’s greatest strengths is building productive working relationships with teams, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across business units in rapidly changing environments. Sherry is passionate about education and believes international education can help open doors for people from around the world. Sherry received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut.
Head of Marketing and Sales
Evan Weisenfeld is a dynamic Marketing and Business Development professional with more than 25 years of experience developing and executing successful integrated, multi-channel and digital business programs in ultra-competitive and evolving marketplaces. Prior to his position with U.S. News Global Education, Evan was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at CollegeWeekLive where his focus was on developing programs and partnerships to support the higher education needs of both domestic and international students. Evan received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego.
Business Development Manager
CT Nguyen is an enthusiastic business development professional who has in-depth experiences with higher education in admissions, recruitment, sales and international education. As a former international student who hails from Vietnam, he understands the importance and impact that the US education has on international students’ personal and professional development. His time spent recruiting students for institutions such as Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Babson College, and his position as a Sales Manager at an education technology start-up called SchoolApply prior to his current role at US News Global Education, have enabled him to expand dialogues with both students and university partners. CT received a Bachelor of Arts from Roger Williams University, a Master of Arts from Emerson College, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
